Understanding your storage limits
What counts against your storage, how the limits change once you're verified, and what happens when you're near the cap.
Quick answer
Trial mosques get 1 announcement slide (up to 20MB). Once verified, there's no fixed number of slides — just 100MB combined for all of them, plus a small allowance for your logo, kiosk background, and OG image — 120MB in total.
What counts against your limit
- Announcement slides: up to 20MB per slide, 100MB combined across all your slides
- Header logo: up to 2MB
- Kiosk background image: up to 5MB
- OG image: up to 3MB — the image shown when your Awqōt link is shared on WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media
Your overall cap is 120MB per mosque — 100MB for slides plus 20MB for your logo, background, and OG image combined.
Trial vs. verified
While your mosque is on a trial, you can have 1 active slide (still up to 20MB). Once your mosque is verified — see Signing up, your trial, and getting verified — that limit goes away; only your 100MB slide storage allowance applies.
If you're near or over the limit
Your admin panel shows how much of your storage you've used. If an upload would put you over your slide cap or total storage limit, you'll see an error explaining which limit it hit before the upload goes through — delete an existing slide to make room, or reduce the file size and try again.
